Taeler Paige Hammond, MA is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist from Chicago, IL. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University (Chicago, 2012) and her Masters degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (Chicago, 2019). Taeler holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid, diversity & Inclusion, Change Management, and Board Leadership.
Taeler is a dynamic consultant and trainer with several years of experience in IT & Operations, diversity & Inclusion, Change Management, and Learning & Development. She has worked in the insurance industry for 10 years, and she has been actively involved in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space since 2018. Taeler is also actively involved in her local LGBT Chamber of Commerce, HR Hotseat, the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) LA Chapter and is an empowering leader who supports companies and top executives with a unique perspective and an appreciation for human capital. Taeler is known for helping organizations crack the code on their personnel challenges to foster more dynamic, efficient, collaborative, and inclusive work environments through the proper and positive implementation of change.
Nouveau Paige Consulting, LLC is a passion project of its owner, Taeler Paige Hammond, MA. Derived from the word "new" (French) taps into Taeler's family history. As an optimist and visionary, Taeler's goal is to create positive experiences to help people turn a new page in diversity, equity, and inclusion, thus the name Nouveau Paige was born. As a Black woman navigating the corporate experience, Taeler quickly learned that being in an underrepresented group was not a favorable experience, but it didn't have to be negative. Taeler learned that many other people in underrepresented groups were experiencing similar, if not worse experiences that she had or had witnessed. Taeler, being the upstander she is, desired to give a voice to those who felt powerless.
